ComBrio’s VSI™ Provides More Robust, Secure Monitoring of Critical Space Infrastructure

ComBrio Inc., providers of on-demand support for on-demand networks, announced today that Emerson Network Power, a business of Emerson (NYSE: EMR) and the global leader in enabling business-critical continuity, has selected ComBrio’s Virtual Service Infrastructure(VSI) to support Liebert Global Services, Emerson Network Power’s worldwide remote monitoring network for business-critical computer systems.

Liebert Global Services is the world’s largest service organization dedicated to maximizing the availability of the critical space infrastructure equipment (i.e. UPS, cooling, generators). VSI is providing a secure, Internet-based gateway between critical facilities and Liebert Global Services’ 24x7 command center, providing more robust monitoring of the critical space infrastructure that business-critical computer systems depend on to achieve high reliability and availability. Liebert Global Services offers state-of-the-art remote monitoring for business-critical customers through integrated alarm management and analysis of equipment operational data.

“Our objective is to help our customers achieve the highest possible availability of their business-critical systems. Remote monitoring of the critical space infrastructure is a valuable tool in accomplishing that,” said Charles O’Donnell, VP of Managed Services for Liebert Global Services. “ComBrio’s VSI provides us with a more efficient method of maintaining continuous visibility into our global customer sites, as well as the ability to deliver remote services whenever needed.”

“Liebert is the clear leader in mission-critical service and we are very pleased they have selected VSI to continue to move the industry forward,” said Dave LeBeau, CEO, ComBrio, Inc. “Adding VSI’s on-demand network technology to Liebert Global Services’ already robust service infrastructure enables a remote monitoring service that sets a new standard for mission-critical service.”
