- Online case/ticket entry 7x24x365 with notification to on-call technician
- Telephone Coverage from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, Eastern Time, USA
- Eight (8) hour callback on Severity 1 issues
- Next Business day callback on Severity 2 issues
- Two (2) Business Day replacement on hardware
- Minor, Point releases as released
- Patch releases on Severity 1 issues with 60 days (typical)
- 7x24x365 access to online technical knowledge database
