ComBrio Virtual Service Infrastructure
ComBrio Virtual Service Infrastructure® (VSI) is a software solution for service organizations that need to provide secure remote device monitoring and management, and a software solution for their enterprise customers that need to play an active role in controlling third-party vendor network visibility and access.
It is a highly scalable solution that resides between a service provider’s existing network management tools and the specific target devices, at enterprise customer locations, that they have been contracted to manage. VSI utilizes a unique outbound connection, ensuring mutual consent and security between the service organization and the enterprise.
Utilizing VSI, service organizations can continuously monitor designated devices and initiate on-demand remote management sessions, while assuring their customers’ maintain complete control over network access and are continuously protected from security threats.

ComBrio Virtual Service Infrastructure® is comprised of two components: VSI Service Delivery and VSI Service Control.
VSI Service Delivery logically extends the physical reach of the service organization’s network. Utilizing the Internet, VSI creates a secure infrastructure, removing geographical, physical and technical boundaries between the service organization and specific monitored devices at the the enterprise remote sites it supports.
VSI Service Delivery provides:
